Admito que estava relutante quando o desafio de escrever uma review me foi lançado, já tinha tido contacto com este conjunto em Sintra, durante o Flight Sim 2018 (co-organizado pelos 509tigers) e na altura apesar da breve interação não fiquei muito fã, no entanto considerei que a experiência curta não seria a ideal para analisar, como tal deixo aqui a minha opinião sem comparações.
O conjunto atualmente é vendido a um preço entre 125,90 € a 155,00 €, situando-se numa gama média, ambos apresentam uma boa qualidade de construção , em plástico, à primeira impressão transmitem uma boa sensação, o joystick apresenta uma característica muito importante, é ambidextro, através de encaixes especiais modifica-se a posição da mão.
Olhando para o joystick sozinho na minha opinião falha no que toca aos hats, a disposição dos botões poderia permitir mais um hat, no entanto esta lacuna complementa-se com o throttle que possui tudo o que falta.
Este joystick baseia-se numa versão mais antiga e apesar de visualmente não ter mudado muito esteticamente, mudou muito a nível de eletrónica, ele apresenta a tecnologia HART de resolução de 16bits que é uma tecnologia semelhante à usada no Thrustmaster Warthog, o que é impressionante.
A nível de botões, possui 3 botões no topo e 12 na base, 6 de cada lado, apesar de em operações de voo estes não serem os mais práticos de aceder, é sempre bom ter a opção, o trigger é bastante intuitivo e com espaço suficiente para se colocar a mão por baixo e evitar toques acidentais. Apesar de não trazer ventosa por baixo existem roscas o que é útil para montagem num sistema de cockpit caseiro.
Agora olhando para o throttle, que é na minha opinião o rei deste bundle, à primeira vista observamos logo que a Thrustmaster optou por uma mudança grande, invés de montar o throttle a rodar num eixo, decidiu fazer a aumentar ao longo de um carril. Mudança que permite diminuir o tamanho da unidade e na minha opinião transmite uma sensação mais “sci-fi”.
Na lateral tem 3 hats, 1 com 8 direções, que é um pouco confuso de usar de inicio, devido à posição troca os sentidos de cima-baixo e esquerda-direita, e dois outros de 4 direções e um botão, na frente temos uma surpresa, com dois “pedais” que podem ser usados para o leme, um stick multidirecional, um switch de duas posições, e dois botões, na lateral temos também um eixo facilmente acessível com o mindinho, por vezes demasiado acessível podendo acontecer toques acidentais, nada que não se possa evitar, o movimento do throttle é muito sensível e confortável , gostei muito da sensação enquanto voava com ele.
Gostei da possibilidade de throttle e joystick funcionarem em separado, podendo ser ligados em portas usb diferentes e operados em conjunto com outro joystick, é sem dúvida algo que não estou habituado, não esquecendo que é possível comprar os equipamentos em separado o que permite emparelhar com outros equipamentos mais avançados
Nos jogos foi muito fácil configurar todas as teclas necessárias tendo teclas disponíveis para uma grande maioria das operações, a sensibilidade é muito boa pelas razões mencionadas, e de ergonomia muito confortável.
É um bom conjunto para o preço apresentado, o joystick ambidextro, o throttle mais sensível, o sistema eletrónico do joystick equiparado a modelos mais caros faz com que este seja um excelente opção para entusiastas e iniciados e com um custo muito acessível.

I admit that I was reluctant when the challenge of writing a review was given to me, I already had contact with this set in Sintra during Flight Sim 2018 (co-organized by the 509tigers) and at the time despite the brief interaction I was not very big fan of them, however I considered that the short experience would not be the ideal one to make a proper opinion, so I leave here my opinion without comparisons.
The set is currently sold at a price between € 125.90 to € 155.00, located in a mid-range, both have a good quality construction, plastic, the first impression convey a good feeling, the joystick features a characteristic very important, is ambidextrous, through special fittings the position of the hand is modified.
The joystick alone in my opinion fails in regards to hats, the layout of the buttons could allow one more hat, however this gap is complemented by the throttle that has everything that is missing.
This joystick is based on an older version and although it has not visually changed much aesthetically, it has changed a lot in electronics, it features 16bit HART technology which is a technology similar to that used in the Thrustmaster Warthog, which is impressive .
At the level of buttons, it has 3 buttons at the top and 12 at the base, 6 on each side, although in flight operations these are not the most practical to access, it is always good to have the option, the trigger is quite intuitive and with space enough to place your hand underneath and avoid accidental touches. Although there is no suction cup underneath there are threads which is useful for mounting in a homemade cockpit system.
Now looking at the throttle, which is in my opinion the king of this bundle, at first glance we notice early that Thrustmaster opted for a big change, instead of mounting the throttle to spin on a pivoting point they decided to raise it along a lane. Change that allows to reduce the size of the unit and in my opinion conveys a more “sci-fi” feel.
On the side has 3 hats, 1 with 8 directions, which is a bit confusing to start using, because the position changes the directions from top-down and left-right, and two others with 4 directions and a button, in the front we have a surprise, with two “pedals” that can be used for the rudder, a multi-directional stick, a two-position switch, and two buttons, on the side we also have an easily accessible knob with the pinky, sometimes too accessible and accidental touches occur, nothing that can not be avoided, the throttle movement is very sensitive and comfortable, I really enjoyed the sensation while flying with it.
I liked the possibility of throttle and joystick to work separately, being able to be connected in different usb ports and operated in conjunction with another joystick, is undoubtedly something I am not used to, not forgetting that it is possible to buy the equipment separately which allows pairing with another more advanced equipment
In the games it was very easy to configure all the necessary buttons having them available for a great majority of operations, the sensitivity is very good for the reasons mentioned, and very comfortable ergonomics.
It is a good set for the price presented, the ambidextrous joystick, the sensitive throttle, the joystick electronic system equated to more expensive models makes this a great option for enthusiasts and beginners and at a very affordable cost.
